The reason I recommend this book is simple and short. It makes us realize that being creative is a gift. The author made reading this book a blast by using figurative language, making each chapter end with a cliff hanger, and this book just got to me because I get what it is like to be artistic and not be as popular as the other kids. Aaron was being so mean at the end and that just took it away for me. I GIVE THIS BOOK 4 STARS HANDS DOWN!!!!!!!!! =)

I would give the books Unwanteds 3 stars. When I finished reading the book I thought it was a great exciting book about a magical world called Artime. If you have read the Hunger Games or the Harry Potter books then you should read this book.

I recommend the book The Unwanteds because it is a good mix between Harry Potter and the Hunger Games. The book makes you never want to stop. You're always dying to know what happens next. This book has magic and guns so it is like a present future type of book. that is why I like the Unwanteds. I give this book a 4 1/2 rating.
